Right of Withdrawal

1) Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with the statutory provisions. A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed.
2) Withdrawal Period
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods. In the case of a contract relating to multiple goods ordered in a separate delivery, the period begins on the day on which you or a third party named by you takes possession of the last goods.
3) Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Spinning Wheel SARL, France, e-mail: info@tryspinningwheel.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or e-mail). You may use the optional model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.
4) Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You shall send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us.
5) Exclusions and Special Notes for Custom Products
Please note that according to statutory regulations, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized (such as custom-designed spinning wheels built specifically to client requests).
